What went well
•LifeOS App backend launched — The custom Next.js + FastAPI app build got underway (started 2026-05-30). The 3 Cortana agents (Socrates, Frankl, Arnold) were defined with full mandates and tasks created.
•Roborock Qrevo L setup — Appliance maintenance schedule fully configured in Notion with recurring tasks.
•Set up Morning Routine button + workflow — LifeOS v1 Build task completed.
•Cortana architecture decisions — Pivoted from Slack bot to custom LifeOS app with clear rationale.
What didn't
•Research Daycares (for Kyla) — In progress but overdue (was due 2026-06-07). Visits still need organising.
•3 Cortana agent tasks (Socrates, Frankl, Arnold — Slack bot version) — Due 2026-06-07, still Not started. Need to clarify: are these superseded by the LifeOS App integration tasks?
•Review Weekly Financial Briefing — 18 May 2026 — Overdue since 2026-06-03. Unchecked briefing sitting in queue.
•Weekly Review — Not completed on schedule (was due 2026-06-01 and 2026-06-05).
•PV4 Migration Checkpoints 2–5 — Still queued, no progress recorded this week.
•Cortana — Rotate Anthropic API key — API key was exposed in screenshots 2026-06-04. Still not rotated.

›Rotate the Anthropic API key (Security — urgent) — Key was exposed in screenshots on 2026-06-04. Needs to happen this week before the key is abused.
›Daycare for Kyla — Research Daycares (overdue) + Organise Visits (due 2026-06-12). Family priority with a hard deadline approaching.
